Our Peewee's classes is set in a positive, encouraging environment which is full of energy and enthusiasm! The students are introduced to the dojo environment, Japanese etiquette and the language that we use.

The students play games and drills which improve their balance, agility, co-ordination and flexibility and most importantly they have LOADS OF FUN!!!!

In our Junior classes students learn most of Kyokushin's basic striking, blocking and kicking techniques. They do 'moving training' which is coordinating stances with basic techniques, kata which is choreographed forms and kumite (sparring). It improves their flexibility, balance, strength and overall energy levels.

Kyokushin Karate is where our students learn the basic but key elements of this very intense style. These classes are designed to push our students physically and mentally, preparing them to move through the grades.

The strength of character develops in hard training and is known as Osu No Seishin (the spirit of Osu).

The word Osu! is spoken throughout training it comes from oshi shinobu which means ' to persevere whilst being pushed' to show a willingness to push oneself to the limits of endurance.
